Do I Have AIDS? Signs and Symptoms of AIDS
Becky Kuhn, M.D., describes the symptoms of AIDS. According to the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the symptoms include:
* “rapid weight loss”
* “dry cough”
* “recurring fever or profuse night sweats”
* “profound and unexplained fatigue”
* “swollen lymph glands in the armpits, groin, or neck”
* “diarrhea that lasts for more than a week”
* “white spots or unusual blemishes on the tongue, in the mouth, or in the throat”
* “pneumonia”
* “red, brown, pink, or purplish blotches on or under the skin or inside the mouth, nose, or eyelids”
* “memory loss, depression, and other neurological disorders”
If you have one or more of these symptoms, does it necessarily mean you are infected with HIV or have developed AIDS? No. Many common diseases can cause one or more of these symptoms. For example, most people with a fever or sore throat are probably just experiencing common illnesses such as the cold, influenza, or mononucleosis. A person is only diagnosed if they are confirmed HIV+ and also either have a CD4 count under 200 or have an opportunistic infection that is indicative of a weakened immune system. So don’t panic. But if you have any of these symptoms and think theres even the slightest chance you might ever have been exposed to HIV, you should see a doctor and ask to be tested for HIV. Remember, the CDC recommends that all adults be tested for HIV regardless of whether they believe they have any risk factors or exposure to HIV and regardless of whether they have any symptoms of HIV/AIDS. Get tested!

Did I Just Contract HIV? Symptoms of Primary HIV Infection
It’s sometimes possible to recognize when you’ve recently contracted HIV from signs and symptoms such as fever, rash, or swollen lymph nodes. This video will teach you how to recognize signs and symptoms of primary HIV infection that are experienced by between 40 and 90% of individuals after they are first infected with HIV. Primary HIV infection occurs during the first few weeks or months after a person first becomes infected with HIV. Symptoms include rash and/or fevers, possibly in combination with one or more of the following symptoms: malaise (which is a general feeling of weakness, discomfort, and fatigue), loss of appetite, weight loss, a sore throat, sores in the mouth, joint or muscle pain, swollen lymph nodes, diarrhea, fatigue, night sweats, nausea and vomiting, headache, or genital sores. The symptoms usually last from seven to ten days, and rarely more than two weeks. There is an incubation period of a few days to a few weeks between when the person was exposed to HIV and when the symptoms begin. If you have any of these symptoms and think there’s even the slightest chance you might have been exposed to HIV, such as through recent sexual activity or sharing a needle, even with someone who you believe is HIV negative, you should see a doctor and ask to be tested for HIV. When you go to the doctor with any of these symptoms, it’s very important to mention any risk factors you may have for HIV so they could test you. If you have ever had unprotected sex, even once, have used injection drugs, or think you might be experiencing primary HIV infection, make sure to tell your doctor. A Sex Quick Fix NOW 103 Sex Addiction 103
Sex Addiction 101 Part 3
The Symptoms of Sex Addiction
The sex addict uses sex as a quick fix, or as a form of medication for anxiety, pain, loneliness, stress, or sleep. Sex addicts often refer to sex as their “pain reliever” or “tension reliever.” In a popular novel, the heroine describes sex as “the thinking women’s Valium.”
Sexual addiction is often accompanied by other addictions, such as an addiction to work or chemicals. The addict displays increasingly secretive behavior, deception, and withdrawal from those closest to him.
•Recurrent failure (pattern) to resist impulses to engage in extreme acts of lewd sex.
•Frequently engaging in those behaviors to a greater extent or over a longer period of time than intended.
•Persistent desire or unsuccessful efforts to stop, reduce, or control those behaviors.
•Inordinate amount of time spent in obtaining sex, being sexual, or recovering from sexual experience.
•Preoccupation with the behavior or preparatory activities.
•Frequently engaging in violent sexual behavior when expected to fulfill occupational, academic, domestic, or social obligations.
•Continuation of the behavior despite knowledge of having a persistent or recurrent social, academic, financial, psychological, or physical problem that is caused or exacerbated by the behavior.
•Need to increase the intensity, frequency, number, or risk of behaviors to achieve the desired effect, or diminished effect with continued behaviors at the same level of intensity, frequency, number, or risk.
•Giving up or limiting social, occupational, or recreational activities because of the behavior.
•Resorting to distress, anxiety, restlessness, or violence if unable to engage in the behavior at times relating to SRD (Sexual Rage Disorder).

High Blood Pressure Natural Treatment and Alternative Remedies “Hypertension”
http://HealAll.info/hypertension
Signs and symptoms
==================
Hypertension is usually found incidentally – “case finding” – by healthcare professionals during a routine checkup. The only test for hypertension is a blood pressure measurement. Hypertension in isolation usually produces no symptoms although some people report headaches, fatigue, dizziness, blurred vision, facial flushing, transient insomnia or difficulty sleeping due to feeling hot or flushed, and tinnitus during beginning onset or prior to hypertention diagnosis.
Malignant hypertension (or accelerated hypertension) is distinct as a late phase in the condition, and may present with headaches, blurred vision and end-organ damage.
Hypertension is often confused with mental tension, stress and anxiety. While chronic anxiety and/or irritability is associated with poor outcomes in people with hypertension, it alone does not cause it. Accelerated hypertension is associated with somnolence, confusion, visual disturbances, and nausea and vomiting (hypertensive encephalopathy).
