Energy is the currency of life. How can we jump onto the upward spiral and participate in the transformative process if we lack energy and vitality to do so? We always need a bit of energy to get into momentum, but often we are paralyzed with anxiety and depression where energy is low. Without vitality, physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual tasks are difficult if not often impossible to master. Within the context of conflict resolution, energy is needed in order to transcend the limitations and to reach a higher level of consciousness.
