This interview was taken in May 2010 on the last day of an 8 day green smoothie cleanse, held in southern Thailand. See www.joyforliferetreat.com for more details.

Around 35 people from around the world attended. Together we lived on nothing but green smoothies and fresh fruit for 8 days. By the 8th day everyone was radiating with health, energy and vitality.

Sergei Boutenko was generous enough to agree to a brief interview to help spread the word about these incredible ‘meal-in-a-glass’ drinks.

Sergie and his mum Victoria spoke frequently about how diabetics, type 1 and type 2, were able to get off insulin typically within 3-6 days of drinking nothing but green smoothies.
