Another amazing INVITE to become MINDFUL and make the necessary changes in your life, if you’re not happy with your REALITY or Outcomes.
It can be seen as an insidious culture out there (TV, Newspapers, magazines, advertising, etc) which can lead us down a path of self destruction. You may not be aware of how your THINKING affects your behaviour, actions/deeds and Results you’re getting in your life right now.
There only ever is the NOW. Holding onto other people’s ‘thoughts’, programmes, indoctrinations may not serve us.
By asking more EMPOWERING questions we can bring ourselves closer to; our goals, purpose, passion, family, friends, colleagues, a happier more fulfilling life, etc.
So what is exciting in our lives? What new and wonderful thoughts have inspired us to new amazing levels? How does it get any better than this?
Please remember our THOUGHTS are energy and then they become things. All resistance is the first act of war and it usually starts with our ‘stinking thinking’, then we project this out onto others… unless we are mindful of our EGO!
How about lying down or cross legged on Mother Earth and just become the observer of your thoughts. Over 98% of them are NOT yours, so there’s no need to hold onto them!
