MS = Vascular (as it turns out) then= becomes Autoimmune.

Systema. Relaxation = Cardio Vascular

positive thinking and Prayer = Relaxation = Cardio Vascular

= MS for 15 years, optic neuritis twice then 1 full exacerbation caused by Stress and not Exercising enough. (my fault!)

Systema. All last year = Since no more MS activity

= Systema. Kicks the Arse of MS
