What are some good ways to reduce stress from your shoulders?

I work out regularly but i build tension in my shoulders from stress so i was just wondering of some ways in which i could help to help reduce it? Sometimes, they really hurt. I went to have professional massages before but truly don’t have time in my schedule to go weekly or anything. Any sugg?

We carry as much as 60% of our stress in the shoulders. Massages and hot tubs are very good ways to relieve the tension, as is meditation and breathing exercises. I found this link on Google, hope it helps.
