<p>I don&#8217;t feel tired in the morning or during the day.</p>
<p>To make the room quiet and free from noise I have moved TV and computer out of my room.</p>
<p>My room has blackout curtains.</p>
<p>The temperature in my city is generally hot. 30-35 degree Celsius.</p>
<p>I try to go to bed at a regular time, but fail to do so. </p>
<p>is 11 pm too late for sleep?</p>
<p>I sleep for 7-8 hours.<br />
<br />Perhaps you can find some useful tips in a web search for &quot;getting better quality sleep&quot;.</p>

<p>The recommended daily amount of sleep is 8 hours. Many of us barely manage that, but if you&#8217;re also training hard and dieting the importance of that recommended daily amount of sleep is far more than just a regular person. Your muscle growth occurs during sleep, not just that, but it begins when you&#8217;re in a deep state of sleep. So catching just a couple of hours per night is simply not enough time to let your body get it&#8217;s job done before you wake up and repeat it all over again.</p>
