Moving into the heart chakra and higher is the beginning of our individual ascension process. New souls come into our system through another planet becoming uninhabitable, so those who need to continue lessons do so within their grade level. Also, we get incarnations light workers, or those assisting this planet of sorrows to grow faster, from higher dimensions and spiritually advanced races because earth is near ascension herself, and so the push is for many to learn and ascend as well.

The world perhaps does not become less violent because, when the set of lessons finishes for this level or dimensional learning experience, you graduate and move into a higher dimensional level (say fifth). A whole new set of experiences begin, and you’re in the first grade there. Here is where you learn lessons of 3 lower chakras, survival, sex, power. New students replace the graduates, so we still deal with control and greed issues a lot.
