thank you you see i am recovering from 12 years of anorexia i have been VERY sick at 29kg but have managed to gain now via. tube feeding to 41kg im trying to eat a diet that is simple and healthy so i can allow myself to eat enough.
i am fairy active but only manage 1600 per day.
