Do it Right, Sleep Tight – “Passed Out”

Alcohol clearly disrupts the quality of your sleep, as most wake up from a night of binge drinking feeling tired. In addition, there is a common misconception that ‘sleeping in’ can make up for this tiredness. However, ‘sleeping in’ further disturbs good sleeping patterns, and reduces the quality of sleep. Have a consistent sleep-wake cycle everyday!
