Does the quality of sleep decrease at the age of 25?
This might sound a bit crazy.
I experienced some memory loss, and don’t remember anything
of the feelings or experiences from the past. I pretty much recovered from add, at the age of 25.
When I sleep in bed, I notice that I don’t feel as confortable sleeping as I think I did when I was younger. The memory loss makes me feel like my life is starting today. The memory loss was experienced with having the add.

Our organisms are very complicated, and it’s not as easy as self-diagnosing yourself like that. It can be many, many, many things from lack of certain key things in your nutrition, to stress/anxiety, to, well, many many things.
I’d go to a professional if you really have this concern. Sounds cliche and worn out, but I would.
