What is a good way to feel better and fight fatigue…………?

I was tired today after babysitting and I slept for a while but I woke up feeling achey and tired and lethargic and without energy what is a good way to become more energetic. I used to be more energetic in my 20s and now that I am in my late 30s I slowed down. How can I feel better and have more stamina and vitality? Thank you in advance for your answers.

Hmmm, are you coming down with something? Babysitting is enough to make a 30 something achy and tired. Try to take a daily multi-vitamin if you don’t already, try to exercise a little and try to get enough sleep every night. Smile and count your blessings, that helps to.:)

First, have you talked to a doctor? I found out my fatigue/aches were actually a medical issue.

One thing to try is to make sure that you’re sleeping on a schedule (even on weekends) and taking a good multivitamin in addition to eating right. Taking a 20 -30 minute walk per day is also encouraged!

Examine your diet. In your 20′s you can handle a lot of carbs and junk food, but as we age, it takes more of a toll. I always found myself more lethargic after eating tons of sweets the night before.
Do some tests on yourself to see if certain types of food effect you.

Workout…take a brisk walk or do some cardio.
