The best way to reduce stess and pressure?

i tend to be a really neverous person, are there any ways I can reduce my stress or tension ?

turn some music way up and belt it out. it feels great!

    exercise and try some vitiamin B complex. It helps many areas of the body but it also helps with stress.

    The best idea is to eat healthy food, practise any sport, yoga, talk more with your family and friends, change your routine… And of course, Take the life "calmy" because being nervous could bring you heart diseases, and another problems.
