If Sweden was attacked by, well, Russia for example, the Finnish forces would have to protect the country of Sweden. Like, Sweden doesnt have a real army, and they trust, that if they are attacked, we will help them. What if we dont? Then we are surrounded by Russia, and if Russia would attack to Sweden, why wouldnt it attack Finland and Norway too? Also the Baltic countries and probably Poland etc..
