When you have nightmares are you still getting good quality sleep?

I’ve had this stupid brain fog thing for 3 weeks, and one possibility is not enough/ not good sleep…but I sleep plenty. Butttt I have nightmares almost every night, so I was just wondering when you have nightmares are you having good quality sleep?

What exactly is good quality sleep?
/ does anyone know anything about this brain fog by any chance? It just feels like i’m not on earth and floating around ro something. Can’t think straight.

It depends on whether or not you’re waking up. If you’re waking up a lot or tossing and turning, then no. A good way to reduce nightmares is to opt for organic sleeping pills or not eating after 8 PM. I’ll post more when I’m home from school :P
